What do you mean by customised book charm?

This means that you send us any book/ book cover you want and we will make them into mini charms. Many believe we only make the ones we have on our Instagram but we actually make any other books too.

 

Do you ship to ________?

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail services.

 

How do I send the book cover image to you?

Gift wrapping and packaging

They are packaged in clear packets. Gift purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with bakers twine, so they are perfect as a gift. If you would like a personalised message, please message us.

 

Wholesale availability

We do take bulk orders and we have bulk prices.

Pricing will vary depending on book size, type of jewellery (keyring/necklace) and for bulk orders, quantity needed. 

Please email me at fromnewleaf@hotmail.com or send us an Etsy conversation to inquire on bulk pricing. I will reply at my earliest convenience which is usually within 24 – 48 hours.

General bulk/wholesale production time can range from 1-4 weeks upon receipt of deposit, depending on the size of the order. Please note that discussion and working out details is not a part of this processing time.

 

Is the miniature books waterproof?

No, but it is water resistant. So droplets of water will not damage the mini book. Also be wary that the polymer clay can crack if it is handled improperly, so please take care of your mini books.

 

What is your shipping times?

We ship using Royal Mail Standard, which means there is no tracking. Estimated times:
United Kingdom: up to 2-3 working days
International: up to 1-2 weeks

You can upgrade to First Class shipping. Aims to deliver in the next working day.
You could upgrade to International Tracking for some countries, which confirms the delivery of an order.
You can also chose International Economy for a cheaper price (but takes much longer to arrive). Message us for more information before you order, if you are considering it.

Note that the days given are the amount of days the item takes to go to the certain country. After that, the delivery times can be delayed because they are influenced by the in-country postal service.

 

Can I have my order dispatched quicker?

If you want faster delivery for a particular day, message us, so we could try to deliver the items quicker.

Standard shipping times will be considerably longer during holiday seasons (i.e. Christmas, New Year's, etc.). Please plan accordingly and order your items well in advance of the time needed. 
Note that there's no guarantee that the item will arrive on time.

My order was sent but I haven’t received it yet! Where is it?

If you have not received your order after 2 weeks after we dispatched it, please message us and we will try to help!

Once an item as marked as delivered by us, the customer is responsible for contacting the in-country shipping company

MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct before I ship off. Otherwise, I will not replace without re-purchase. No refunds on incorrect shipping address until the package is returned to me and refunds are minus the shipping fee. It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to make sure I receive the correct shipping address on file.

 

Returns to Sender

Should a package be returned to me due to an error on the customer's end, I am willing to re-ship it to an updated address, at the buyer's expense. Should the buyer choose not to have it reshipped, no refund will be given for custom work, per my Refund Policy section.
